A Pillars of the Earth game is coming to PC and mobile platforms in 2017
Daedelic Entertainment is developing a new game based on best-selling novel “Pillars of the Earth” by Ken Follett. Meanwhile the author is also working on a sequel which is set to be release simultaneously with the game. “The Pillars of the Earth“, published in 1989, takes place in medieval England, in the fictitious town of Kingsbridge. Setting around the building of a cathedral, the historical novel traces the development and disputes between clergy, nobility and the simple people, suffering from exploitation. The main focus of Daedelic Entertainment and Ken Follett is to bring this classic novel to a younger audience.
The “Pillars of the Earth” adventure game will be released in 2017 on PC and mobile platforms.
