ArenaNet reveals Tempest specialisation for Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns
In the last couple of weeks, Arenanet has unveiled several new things about the Guild Wars 2 expansion: Heart of Thorns.
The Guild Wars 2 expansion brings new gameplay elements to the table and today Arenanet has revealed the ‘Tempest’ specialisation for the Elementalist profession.
Elementalists take down their foes with the power of the elements: fire, wind, water and rock.
The arsenal of weaponry the elementalist has at its disposal has been increased by one with the addition of the ‘warhorn’. The specialisation of the Elementalist: Tempest is capable of not only dealing damage, but also of healing it and supporting allies in combat. A couple of spells of the specialisation are: ‘Eye of the Storm’, which makes it so that stuns are undone and characters are granted super speed, ‘Aftershock’ cripples enemies and ‘Overload’ which helps the Tempest class summon the powers the elements.
Arenanet will show off the ‘Tempest Specialisation during the ‘Points of Interest’ on Friday the 24th of July at 9 p.m. on the official Guild Wars 2 Twitch channel. You can watch the channel by clicking here.
