Avernum 3: Ruined World announced! The saga ends.
Today Spiderweb Software Inc. announced their new game Avernum 3: Ruined World. The game follows a group of exiles on their desperate search for a land to call home. Avernum 3 is an epic RPG adventure game. It is the conclusion to the Avernum trilogy and a remaster of Spiderweb Software’s greatest hit.
You broke out of the underworld prison of Avernum and you and your people are finally free. You can bathe in the sun once again but there is no time to relax, the world is on the brink of being destroyed. If you don’t save the world you’ll have no place to call home.
Fight to save the world! Or don’t. The choice is entirely up to you. There are a bunch of things to do: become a bounty hunter or merchant, buy a house and settle or explore a vast world. Master over 60 spells and battle disciplines, go on the hunt for rare artifacts, and so on. Avernum 3: Ruined World will be released in Q1 of 2018 on both Windows and Macintosh, with a mobile release planned for the near future.
