Banner of the Maid introduces pirates through its first DLC
Banner of the Maid has been widely acclaimed as exemplary of the turn-based strategic RPG genre, with its beautiful anime art style and alternate retelling of the French Revolution. You can even find our own review of the game right here. But now it’s time to take a dive into another part of history, with the A Sailor’s Tale quests. For these special missions only you will be able to step into the shoes of pirate captain Mu Zhiyun in a time where ruling the sea meant ruling the world. A Sailor’s Tale is part of the DLC released for Banner of the Maid under the title The Oriental Pirate, which also added new quests for the main storyline and an overall rebalance of some gameplay elements.
