Borderlands 3 mini-event for glorious loot
Borderlands 3, the looter shooter that keeps everybody playing thanks to having a lot of events all the time, will now feed your rare craving with the new mini-event ‘Rare Chest Riches’. Starting today on Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 4 and Stadia, you will find that each Rare Chest will give you some extraordinary loot, with a higher chance to spawn Legendaries. This new event will also mean that the last event ‘Farming Frenzy’ came to an end. If you like to watch Twitch streamers play the game you will be glad to hear that on this event the Twitch Drops will also be valid so when your favorite streamer gets a rare item, you will get one too.
On popular demand the developers also applied a hotfix today that increases the spawn and drop rates of ‘Rare Spawns, Hammerlock Hunts and Targets of Opportunity’, so your chance to get that Legendary and Anointed item just increased. Perfect if you are going for that one specific build and don’t want to grind for hours on end.
