Crypt of the NecroDancer
Developed by Brace Yourself Games Crypt of the NecroDancer is a mashup of genre’s that I wasn’t expecting but that I immediately fell in love with.
Mashing together the rhythm genre with a roguelike dungeon crawl. Using the beat of the game’s soundtrack or you know what how about your own music library you’re forced to go through dungeons utilizing the beat. The only way to move forward is to time it with the beat of the music misstep and you’ll be unable to move, try and attack and you’ll stand still.
The most ingenous part is that if you really want to you can play the game with a DDR pad (FINALLY!)
