Gears of War: Ultimate Edition has a surprise for you
Xbox already revealed at E3 that there will be Xbox One backward compatibility and it seems that Gears of War is one of those games. Both Xbox and The Coalition announced today that the fans who purchase Gears of War: Ultimate Edition or the Xbox One Bundle will be able to get the entire collection of Gears of War on the Xbox One.
There is something that you will need to do though. If you want to get access to Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment, you will need to play the Ultimate Edition on Xbox Live from the 25th of August through the 31st of December.
If you already have previous Gears games on your Xbox 360, you will get them on your Xbox One at fall of this year.
