Get your ears pounded with Heavy Metal as you’re pounding zombies in the ground!
A french developer with the fitting name Headbang Club will release Double Kick Heroes in the Steam Early Access platform (Windows PC only) on April 11, 2018. It promises to be an action filled platformer with “face-melting heavy metal rhythm riffs”. Double Kick Heroes got its inspiration from the worlds of Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino (From Dusk til Dawn, Grindhouse, Machete) – 5 heroes try to survive the zombie apocalypse as they are cruising with their “Gundillac” and crushing all kinds of zombies with the Power of METAL.
Well-known composer Elmobo created 30 tracks for this game, and you’ll need to master the Double Kick – a drumming technique to speed up music – to survive the onslaught of chasing enemies in your up-gradable car. You can even import your own music, play community-created tracks and edit your own music. There is an Arcade Mode or the Story Mode, and you even get the chance to meet several Heavy Metal Heroes!
