Halo: The Master Chief Collection Announced – E3

Everyone in the gaming scene knows Master Chief, even if they have never played Halo. Now you can change this once and for all. Halo: The Master Chief Collection is a bundle of all four Halo’s in one box, one disc only for Xbox One. Halo 2 will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in November 2014 and has been remastered for this special occasion. Everything has been revamped from the sound to the visuals but those who prefer to play the ‘old’ Halo 2 can switch back to the older visuals in one simple click. Even the multiplayer mode from Halo 2 will be available for Xbox One, albeit untouched. This means that you will be able to play the maps you’ve battled in for hours on a new and more powerful system. The full game will feature a Gamerscore of 4000 which is “a huge amount of gameplay” according to Bonnie Ross. Keep in mind that the collection will also include a multiplayer beta invite for Halo 5: Guardians that will launch in the summer of 2015.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be available for a price of $59.99 on 11th of November this year, exclusively for Xbox One.
