Inner Chains is Greenlit on Steam

The dark and deadly FPS horror game Inner Chains from Telepaths’ Tree has not only reached the first KickStarter campaign goal within a week, it has also been Greenlit on Steam. To celebrate this huge success, the first major campaign update was posted. This update reveals a brand new enemy. However the campaign isn’t over just yet as there are 23 more days to go and many goals can still be reached.

The new enemy introduced today is a priest guarding the long lost technology. This badass character is much smarter than subordinate fanatics as he keeps his distance while trying to snipe his target. His unique weapons make him a deadly foe, more so than others, and he will require a great deal of tactical decisions to be defeated.

Inner Chains features a surreal biomechanical world, a highly unwelcoming place where you don’t make the rules. The player has one single goal: to get to the mythical Last Hope so you can leave this dying planet once and for all. However this is easier said than done as the planet is filled with deadly creatures. The game offers various methods of interaction between weapons, their users and the environment itself, combining action with an interesting story yet challenging opponents. The fight for survival while facing hostile fauna and flora will be difficult as you’ll discover your own weaknesses but as you learn to use the surroundings to your advantage, you might be able to keep yourself alive long enough to find the many dark secrets.
