Kasane joins Yuito as a playable character in Bandai Namco’s Scarlet Nexus
Scarlet Nexus will take us to a 90s inspired Japanese fantasy world where strange beings called ‘The Others’ have invaded. To deal with these monsters the OSF (or Others Suppression Force) has been founded, an army of highly-trained soldiers tasked with protecting people from Others. In the previous trailer we met Yuito, a smart boy who himself once almost fell prey to an Other, but who was saved by the OSF in the nick of time and is now seeking to join their ranks. In the newest story trailer dropped by Bandai Namco today, we meet the people fighting alongside Yuito, including another playable character named Kasane. Kasane’s parents were killed by Others when she was very young and she was adopted by a powerful family. The young girl shows great potential to become a new OSF asset, with psychokinetic powers at her ability to take out the monster.
Scarlet Nexus will be coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC with Steam, the exact date has yet to be announced. The newest trailer can be seen down below.
