Mortal Kombat X trailer welcomes Kitana and Kung Lao
NetherRealm Studios’s approach to character introduction for Mortal Kombat X is a pretty lengthy one. As trailer after trailer gets unleashed upon the fanbase, new fighters are constantly revealed in all of their gruesome glory.
This time, we get to look at the Edenian princess Kitana as she shows off her deadly fighting prowess. She is accompanied by Kung Lao, the infamous martial artist with a hat that… Well, let’s just say his Mortal Kombat 9-Fatalities still have us crossing our legs whenever we think about it.
The “Who’s Next?”-trailer, viewable below, ends on a pretty serious note: Goro is alive and and well enough to rip his enemies apart once again. In order to actually use this four armed monstrosity, however, you will need to pre-order the game.
PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 or Xbox One? Whatever your gorepit of choice may be, you’ll find it on 14 April. Until then, there are sure to be plenty of trailers on their way to keep you hungry for more!
