New characters for Atelier Shallie
Koei Temco has a lot of new information to share on their upcoming game Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea. The information is mostly about the characters in the game but beside that, we’ve got a bunch of gameplay videos to show you so you better stick around!
First some words about the main characters: Shallistera, Shallie for her friends (hence the title of the game). Shallie’s father is in charge of a ship clan who use and keep the tradition of “ships,” relics of ancient alchemy. Unfortunately, a crisis hits their homeland and as Shallies’ father gets ill, it’s up to her to find help. Luckily, she doesn’t need to go on her own as Teokhuga, a shipwright and advisor of her clan, joins her in her quest for assistance.
Soon enough, Shallie meets Gerard Perriend, the Chairmain of the Perriend Corporation which controls the distribution of the scarce and valuable supply of water, and his secretary Linca. They all have own things going on and Shallie is thrown right in the middle of all these affairs. Raoul Pireit is another character with whom she crosses paths.
Further down the road, there’s still a bunch of other people which the player will meet. Among them are Rosemia a shop owner who wanders the Dusk Sea in her own ship and Odelia who seems to know everything there is to know. Lastly, adventurer, businessman and investor Harry Olson will make his appearance in the game.
Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea is bound to release on the 13th of March 2015 in Europe.
