New content revealed for Tales of Berseria
Famous for their “Tales of”-series, Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed new content for the newest upcoming game in the series; Tales of Berseria. Several characters had already been revealed such as Velvet the main protagonist, Magilou the good witch and Bienfu the strange Malak. Today the spotlight turns to two new personas, namely Artorius Collbrande whom is the leader of the exorcists and Seres a female of unknown age who became suspicious of Artorius’ actions and decided to help Velvet escape the Prison Island. The number of personas revealed so far is up to eleven already but Bendai Namco isn’t stopping here. A new ability item dubbed as the Potentite is also revealed today and has numerous effects that can modify your ability during fights.
Additional features such as the Code Red Daemon Hunting have been added as well. Doing this hunt will grant you valuable items as a reward and you won’t even need to search for a quest giver to begin. Tales of Berseria also introduces two new minigames: Serving Game and Geoboard. In the Serving game you get to own your own tavern and you’ll need to satisfy your customers by placing the correct dishes in front of them. In the Geoboard races you can race against time in two game modes and compete for a high score on the Geoboard. The wait for Tales of Berseria is still a lengthy one however as the game is scheduled for release early 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PC.
