New patch for Heroes of the Storm
The multiplayer online battle arena video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment Heroes of the Storm receives another patch! With this patch come a lot of new features and even another Hero. Here’s a small overview of what you can expect the next time you boot up the game:
- New battleground. The new patch brings a brand new battleground for you to fight on. It goes by the name of Tomb of the Spider Queen and you’ll encounter Spider Minions while fighting other players. These minions (and other players) will drop Gems of Power upon death which can be collected to summon the Webweavers. The cool thing about is, is that those Webweavers will start to torment you opponents. Hopefully they do not suffer from arachnophobia.
- New Hero. As if there weren’t enough Heroes to choose from already, Blizzard decided to treat us to another hero: Sylvanas Windrunner. Sylvanas possesses a nice range of abilities going from shooting fire and piercing enemies with arrows to possession and banshee summoning.
- Team League. A different mode for Ranked matches. In this mode, players can team up with one another and take it up against an enemy group.
- New progression system. The maximum level your hero can reach has been raised from 10 to 20 and a bunch of new rewards have been added.
So, another decent patch with a lot of new content. These new features are a great excuse to revisit to game or, if you never left, to play it even more!
