Old School RuneScape: new raid unveiled
RuneScape, it’s one of those games that sticks around in one form or another. The original Java based browser game dates back to 2001. In 2013 the game was rebooted as Old School RuneScape, the developers made it a point of honor to listen closely and include the fans in decision making. When the time came to introduce a new raid into the game, players could cast their vote and approximately 90% of the 40.000 players who cast their vote chose Theatre of Blood as their preference. As you might have guessed from the name, the raid will be vampire themed and Lady Verzik Vitur, one of the last true-born vampires left in Gielinor will be the final challenge. The game uses an interesting mechanic in terms of loot system, the more often your group wipes the smaller chance there is to get special loot. Time to practice those not-standing-in-fire skills.
