Open Beta and post-launch content for DOOM

Bethesda today announced that DOOMS Open Beta will start on the 15th of April until the 18th of April. No code whatsoever will be required to access the Open Beta. Players just have to log in on their chosen platform, there they can download the beta to gain access to Team Deathmatch and Warpath on the Heatwave and Infernal maps.

These maps and modes are just a small part of what the players can experience once the game will eventually be released on the 13th of May for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

DOOM

The DOOM-community is known for creating its own content and this is encouraged with the introduction of SnapMap. SnapMap is an innovative new component within DOOM, designed to make the creating, sharing and playing an easier experience. There are also plans to release new content updates for SnapMap, including map modules, props and objects, extra features and functionalities, AI-improvements and much more. The multiplayer will also be receiving content upgrades in the shape of game modes. Both the SnapMap and the multiplayer updates will be free of charge.
