PC Champions Unite in Badass Boss-Bashing Cross-Platform Party Game ‘Nemesis Realms’, Now Available on Steam
Party game Nemesis Realms’ goal is to make the couch cool again! By blinding one of its players. A sequel to their award-winning title Nemesis Perspective, the game reinvents the local multiplayer by facing one player against the others in the role of the big bad boss tasked to kill up to four heroes. After some community feedback from their early alpha they added a bunch of power-ups, and other ways to scale and scope their fights however the players want. The boss, fighting in the VR headset gets to see the battlefield in every angle and corner, allowing them to use the VR controllers to manipulate players through the game’s three environments, each featuring unique and different gameplay mechanics, and allowing for custom variables to tip the scales in favor of either party.
Nemesis Realms Features three distinct stages:
- A fantasy mountaintop with a lake an waterfalls, allowing the boss to punch and slap the speedy heroes that zoom around the map while they hack and slash their way to the boss’ death
- An old and dusty cathedral where the heroes fight a big three-headed dragon destroying the sacred ground in close quarters combat with fast dashing tumbling and diving players avoiding the big spikes of the boss.
- An empty and dark space level with player-usable map objectives like space turrets and other weapons, while the boss is armed with a number of magical attacks while they’re flying around to dodge the fire.
