Pokémon TV – New update available!

Good news for the younger and older Pokémon fans! An update to The Pokémon TV app has been released!

The Pokémon TV app has been totally reworked and has now a brand new user interface and a ton more functions. Pokémon TV is a digital streaming platform where you have a library filled with episodes from the Pokémon series. To celebrate the release of the app, you can now also temporarily watch the movie: Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us.

“We are really excited that we can bring a reworked Pokémon TV experience where our fans can enjoy the adventures of Ash and Pikachu without any issues”, said J.C. Smith, senior director of consumer marketing at The Pokémon Company International. “We strive to make Pokémon TV THE location where Pokémon animation movies can be watched and we would love to expand this offer even more so that our fans can enjoy an interesting entertainment experience”

Pokémon TV is available on smartphones and tablets that use iOS or Android. The new update will soon also be available for Pokemon.com, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and some smart tv’s. Besides the new user interface, there were also a few other changes made to the app. You can now also screen share episodes from Pokémon TV to tv’s that use a Bluetooth device. Fans can now also download episodes and movies to watch offline. If you download content, it will be available for a maximum of seven days.

On the app you can watch, Pokémon the Series: Indigo League, Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, Pokémon the Series Sun & Moon Ultra Adventures, Pokémon Generations and Pokémon Origins as well as Pokémon the Movie: The power of Us. The Pokémon TV app can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google Play.
