Return to the terrifying world of Little Nightmares in 2020
BANDAI NAMCO has announced the return of the terrifying and exciting world of Little Nightmares. Little Nightmares II will be available in 2020 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Developed in association with Tarsier Studios, Little Nightmares II follows the story of Mono, a young boy who is trapped in a world disrupted by a buzzing transmission from a distant Signal Tower. Together with Six, the girl in the yellow raincoat, they uncover grim secrets while they try to escape the monstrous inhabitants of this mysterious world.
In Little Nightmares II, you will play as Mono, accompanied by a computer-controlled Six, who was the protagonist of the first game. The relation between the two children will form a crucial role in the game and you will develop unique game mechanics as the game progresses. At certain points in the game, Mono will be able to handle certain picked up items. This adds a new layer of complexity to the puzzles and enemy encounters. There will always be moments, however, when stealth proves to be the safest way to get past enemies, but you will have to be quick on your feet to lead Mono and Six to safety. Additionally, players will also be able to explore outside of The Maw, the setting of the first game, to discover a new dark wilderness, where new enemies are on the prowl suck as the sadistic Teacher.
