Senran Kagura Estival Versus Live Action Trailer and New Info
As you will already know, Senran Kagura Estival Versus is just around the corner, players will be able to get their hands on the game on the 18th of March. To make the wait a bit more bearable, Marvelous! has released some new info.
First and foremost, the DLC. There’s a lot of content that’s going to be coming in the weeks after the game releases. To begin with, a patch will update the game to version 1.17 and will include a bunch of additional content, like improvements, missions and characters. The rest of the content will be distributed throughout the 4 weeks following the launch of the game.
The way Marvelous! has set this up is as follows: Players are of course free to purchase most of the items individually. However, players can also purchase sets of items if they’re after something in particular. And if they are the keenest of collectors, they will also be able to purchase ‘Mega Bundles’ containing all the DLC released on that week for even bigger savings. Therefore, if you just want to have all the DLC for the game, one can simply purchase the 4 Mega Bundles that will be released on the 4 consecutive weeks following launch. There are a couple of items, however, that won’t be included in sets or Mega Bundles, these will have to be purchased separately.
Marvelous! will be releasing the pricing for the additional content on release, week by week as an update. Besides all this DLC, there’s one more patch looming over the horizon: 1.19. This patch will update the Western version to the latest Japanese version and will also enable the use of the 5 costumes featured in the Sakura Edition of Senran Kagura Estival Versus , only released in Japan. These will be available as separate, paid downloads at a later date.
Moving back to the Limited Editions, by popular demand, Marvelous! would also like to take this opportunity to show us the art books that will be bundled in the ‘Bahonkas’ and ‘Kagura Millennium Festival’ editions of the game. The art books can be seen below.
