Solo: Islands of the Heart out now on consoles

If you’re looking for a game that will perfectly catch the vibe of summers past, boot up your console and download Solo: Islands of the Heart. Developed by Team Gotham and published by Merge, the puzzle game is now available on all major consoles, after a staggered release: the PS4 version came out on July 30th, the Xbox version on July 31st and the Switch version on August 1st.

Solo is a game that explores the theme of love, a universal feeling that each of us experiences in a different way. The aim is to have the players reflect on and identify with their own experiences. The game is a contemplative puzzler set on a surreal and gorgeous archipelago where you reflect on your loving relationships by exploring dream-like islands. Nature and contemplation are also a huge part of Solo – you could feed the animals or just sit on a bench and take time to think. After all, it’s up to you to take the opportunity to explore at your own pace.

Solo has been available on Steam for a while but those looking to pick it up for Xbox One, PS4 or Switch can head to their respective store now and get the game for the fair price of €19.99.
