Space Hulk: Tactics launch trailer revealed

In just a few days fans of the Warhammer 40,000 universe can rejoice as the turn-based tactics adaptation of the board game Space Hulk is coming to life once more. The new launch trailer of Space Hulk: Tactics shows the desperate battle between man and alien, bringing unique twists to the cult classic formula. Check out the trailer below.

On one side we have the human Space Marine Terminators, super soldiers genetically modified and equipped with heavy armour and enough firepower that turns them into human tanks. On the other side we have the alien Genestealers, insidious inhabitants of the floating amalgamations of smashed-together starships called space hulks, hiding in every nook and cranny, eagerly awaiting fresh flesh to tear into.

Space Hulk: Tactics features a new card system that gives players better control over their forces, while two non-linear narrative-driven campaigns tell a brand-new story set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. A full customization system is available across four Space Marine chapters and four Genestealer Hive Fleets, allowing the player to design their army from top-to-bottom. No detail is left untouched. Additionally, a mission editor inspired by the clip-together nature of building scenarios in the board game allows the player to design, share and play their own maps in a fast manner.

Space Hulk: Tactics is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on the 9th of October. You may still pre-order the game on Steam in order to receive special bonuses, including a  10 % discount, immediate beta access and unique second founding color schemes for your Space Marine Terminators.
