Star Wars: Rise Against the Empire strengthening the Disney Infinity 3.0 force

Disney Interactive announced yet another Play set to their ever-growing collection. This time the force is with you as Disney Infinity’s 3.0 ranks are being strengthened by Star Wars: Rise Against the Empire which is one of the three Star Wars Play sets coming to Disney Infinity 3.0.

The new play set, developed by Studio Gobo in collaboration with Avalanche Software will be available in autumn this year. The interactive videogame will take the player on a trip, comprised of the most iconic moments of the original Star Wars trilogy: episode IV to VI.

The Star Wars: Rise Against the Empire Play Set will take the player to space missions with none other than Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chewbacca and Darth Vader himself by controlling X-Wing Fighters of the Millennium Falcon in epic combat against the Stormtroopers. Aside from that, players can explore space and take on missions on the planets of Tatooine, Hoth and Endor.

Figures in the new Play Set are Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa. Han Solo, Chewbacca and Darth Vader will be available separately. The Disney Infinity 3.0 Starter Pack will contain the Disney Infinity 3.0 Base, the videogame Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic Play Set, figurines Ahsoka Tano and Anakin Skywalker as well as an online code which with content can be obtained for PC and mobiles. Other Disney Infinity Play Sets, figurines and Toy Boy Expansion Games will be available separately.
