The Elder Scrolls Online free play weekend for Xbox One players

If you haven’t ventured through the lands of Tamriel yet, there is no better time to start than this week. As of tomorrow, 23 November, Xbox One players can enjoy a free play weekend of The Elder Scrolls Online, which will last until 27 November. Thanks to the recent One Tamriel update, Xbox One veterans will find that this is also the perfect moment to drag their friends and family members into Tamriel as there is no subscription needed to play the popular MMO. The free play weekend comes with no restrictions at all, this means that all players will be given access to the full base game. It also includes 500 free crowns so new players can buy unique animals, scrolls and much more so that they may enjoy the game even more. Once the weekend is over, every character you’ve created and their progress will be saved and if you purchase the base game, you can simply continue where you left. All versions of the Elder Scrolls Online as well as the Crown Packs have dropped in price during this free play weekend.

Participating the free play weekend is rather easy. Simply log into the Xbox Live Store and download the game. Once the game has been downloaded and installed, you can create an account and immediately play upon login.
