The Evil Within gets professional voice-overs from Dexter and Watchmen stars
You’ve all heard about the incredibly evil and insanely creepy The Evil Within video game that is bound to be released soon, or at least you should have. If you have yet to see the trailers, I would advise you to check it out before diving any further about who’s voices you will be able to hear in the game.
For those of who you have seen the trailers and are dying to know who will be the voice of who, I present to you.. the professional cast! First off we have Jackie Earle Haley who will represent Ruvik, the main antagonist in The Evil Within. Jackie Haley is best known for his performances as Rorschach in Watchmen and the 2010 version of A Nightmare on Elm Street as Freddy Krueger himself. Next up we have Jennifer Carpenter who’s known for her role as Debra Morgan, the sister of a serial killer in the tv-series Dexter. She will be voicing Julie Kidman, one of the three main characters that is also considered to be one of the most important characters in the plot itself. Lastly we have Anson Mount who will be lending out his voice to Sebastian Castellanos, the main protagonist. Anson Mount is rather unknown to me but he is best known for his role in Hell on Wheels.

We brought together a great cast of experienced actors to help ensure that players really believe our characters’ emotions and the tension they feel in every scene.”, Shinji Mikami explains in a press statement.
I have to say, the cast looks phenomenal and rather fitting for the pure survival horror that is The Evil Within.
