We Happy Few – updates and delays
Now coming in ‘summer’ 2018, we happy few has been pushed back a couple of months. In this update from Compulsion Games, they tell dedicated players that they’ve been updating and showing their work, but that they were not exactly happy with the result of some of it and they want to redo it. The reason for the delay according to the devs is that they “Were not happy with the first two hours of Arthur’s story” and they’re taking their time to redo that part of the game’s experience.
We Happy Few is of course the successful kickstarter game that is set in England in the 1960′ where conformity is key. You’ll have to fight or blend in with the drug-addled inhabitants, most of whom don’t take kindly to people who won’t abide by their not-so-normal rules. Traversing through the retro futuristic city you’ll encounter three rebellious citizens with their own strengths and weaknesses. Can you figure out the city’s dark stories, past and future?
