Relaxing farming sim SunnySide enjoys its first big quality of life update
SunnySide is a relaxing farming simulator set in the Japanese countryside made by indie developer RainyGames. From tending to your crops to venturing into the dungeon, or trying to flirt with whichever townie whose hand you’d want to claim for marriage, all the expected gameplay for farming sims is present. And now the game has a big free update that adds content and makes it more enjoyable. Notably, players will now receive a free blueprint for a starter shack when they begin, meaning you no longer have to make do with a tent. This will probably lead to many possibilities for interior design later. Shops also have some new items, plus better opening hours after player feedback. A small issue with save files affecting people who fell asleep in caves and dungeons was recently solved. The perfect time to get into SunnySide, in other words.
