Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns shows off new character Sektor
Warner Bros. has revealed a new gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns, introducing Sektor as one of the six new additions to the playable character roster. Sektor appears in red power armor reminiscent of Iron Man, utilizing both her martial arts skills and an array of weapons to dominate in combat. She uses guns, flamethrowers, rockets, and thrusters to control mid to long-range engagements and enhance her mobility. The trailer also showcases her ‘Animality,’ a new mechanic included in a free content update that allows fighters to transform into animals for a finishing move, replacing their traditional Fatalities. Sektor transforms into a rhinoceros, adding a unique twist to her combat style. As Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns expands the lore of the series, we also get hints about her role in the story, which is closely linked with Sub-Zero’s.
Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns is an expansion for Mortal Kombat 1 that combines new story chapters and Kombat Pack 2, introducing six new playable characters: Cyrax, Sektor, and Noob Saibot from the Mortal Kombat franchise, along with guest characters Ghostface from Scream, T-1000, and Conan the Barbarian. The expansion will be available digitally on September 24th at 17:00, featuring the original characters, with the release date for the guest fighters announced on the same day. Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns is now available for pre-order and includes bonus skins for Scorpion, Mileena, Sub-Zero, and Noob Saibot.
