An ode to classic horror returns with Tormented Souls 2
Tormented Souls was an overwhelming success, an ode to the Silent Hill franchise and other classic survival horror series, with an amazing blend of puzzles, combat, and creeps. It’s no wonder indie developer Dual Effect saw it fit to make a sequel, and that leads us to today’s release. Tormented Souls 2 is now available for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. We return to our protagonist, Caroline, who wishes for a quiet life alongside her sister Anna after the events of the previous game. Alas, there is no rest for the wicked, and Carlone finds herself in a spooky ghost town full of dangerous creatures and strange people who could be allies or enemies. And did we mention there’s a religious cult afoot? When Anna gets abducted, Caroline has to push herself to the limit to save her. Get a taste in the trailer below!
