Black Desert Online Beta announced
The highly anticipated MMORPG Black Desert Online will have its first beta test beginning Wednesday the 16th of December at 7:00am UTC, and ends Tuesday 22nd of December at the same time.
As it was in the alpha, players will be able to choose from the Warrior, Sorceress, Berserker, Ranger and Wizard classes. Daum Games is also excited to announce that the Tamer class will not only be added to the list of selectable characters at launch, but it will also be available in the beta. Key features in the beta include:
- A new, expansive landscape called the Calpheon region will debut in the beta
- Improved character customisation, with 30 new skintones, 40 new hair colours, new bears and a bald option for male characters
- Improved balance of character classes
- Improved weather cycles
- Newly enabled features, such as a walking mode and more
- Adjustment of HP potions to improve PvP challenges
- Fully localised English text
- Level cap set to 50.99%, with PvP unlocked at lvl 30
