Boundless loyalty in Utawarerumono: Mask Of Deception
The most loyal companion will follow you until the ends of the earth, and she’s named: Kuon. The main protagonist is named Haku, but he soon needs to be rescued by Kuon and before long she’s upgraded to being his ‘guardian’.
She’s the polar opposite of Haku, being free spirited, yet still responsible and though this trope is often used for women, it needn’t be a bad thing or a thing to write off the character.
Utawarerumono: Mask Of Deception isn’t something you’ll be finishing in a quick playthrough as the game boasts a length between 40 and 50 hours so you’ll get a lot of bang for your buck.
THe game will be released on PlayStation 4 on the 23rd of May 2017 and the sequel to the game Utawarerumono: Mask Of Truth will come later this year;

I loved the original anime series. But apparently there’s a second one that aired recently.
