Closed beta for Blood Bowl 3 starts today
Publisher NACON and developer Cyanide are pleased to announce that a new closed beta phase for Blood Bowl 3 begins today. This phase will run until 09:00 on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022. The beta is only available to players who registered for it last June. It provides them with a chance to try out all the improvements the game has received in recent months. These include modifications to the user interface, smoother gameplay, and other changes based on user feedback. Cyanide has listened carefully to the community in order to deliver a Blood Bowl experience that better meets the expectations of its fans.
As in the previous beta, players can play with the Black Orcs, Imperial Nobility, and Elven Union in tactical turn-based battles against other players (online and offline) or against the AI. In addition, a new team of powerhouses has arrived to prove their mettle on the field: the Dwarfs. Blood Bowl 3 will be funnier, bloodier, and fiercer than ever, and will appeal to fans of the universe and strategy games alike. The finished version will feature 12 teams, each with their own field and cheerleaders, Campaign and Multiplayer modes, and more customization options than any Blood Bowl game previously released. Blood Bowl 3 is set to launch later this year for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
