Desktop Dungeons owners will get Desktop Dungeons: Rewind for free!
Berlin-based PRISMATIKA and QCF Design announced that Desktop Dungeons: Rewind, a 3D remake of the classic micro dungeon puzzler Desktop Dungeons, will be available for free to all owners of the original Desktop Dungeons game on Steam upon its launch on April 18. This move is a token of gratitude from QCF Design to the passionate Desktop Dungeons community, whose unwavering support for the past decade has made the upcoming release possible. The original Desktop Dungeons is currently available on Steam with a 75% discount until April 18, so players can get in on the deal of the century before the launch of Desktop Dungeons: Rewind.
Desktop Dungeons: Rewind is an updated version of the award-winning Desktop Dungeons game that was launched a decade ago, with refreshed visuals and improved gameplay mechanics. Players choose from a diverse cast of replaceable adventurers, explore bite-sized dungeons, and reveal hidden terrain to regain health and mana while planning their routes. They can trade monstrous trophies for gold to upgrade their settlements and attract skilled adventurers, as well as compete with friends in daily online challenges. Desktop Dungeons: Rewind will be available for PC via Steam and Humble on April 18. Players who own the original Desktop Dungeons game on Steam before the launch date will receive Desktop Dungeons: Rewind for free. The game is currently available to wishlist on Steam.
