Explore new skills in the next Trove patch
Exciting news awaits Trove players as the Punches and Potions patch introduces two fresh tradeskills and an improved user interface to the game. Responding to player feedback, developers have revamped the display of active effects, granting them a dedicated window separate from the XP bar icons. This enhancement allows players to conveniently access a list of class-based effects, read their descriptions, and even remove them for greater customization.
In addition to the existing professions like Gardening and Ringcrafting, the tradeskill options expand with the introduction of two new skills. The first is Mysticism, enabling gamers to discover recipes for buffs, potions, and scrolls. To obtain these recipes, players must seek out mana, which appears in three biomes, rotating weekly. Enthusiasts of this novel mechanic may consider investing in the Mystic Madness pack, featuring collectibles and Mystic Reagent Stashes to accelerate progress.
The second noteworthy addition is the Martial Arts tradeskill, empowering players to gain new buffs through their in-game accomplishments. Accumulating Bad Karma by collecting existing trophies or earning Good Karma through quests for the Neon Punch Club opens avenues to exchange for shouts, stances, and mantras. These new items offer temporary boosts to enhance the gaming experience. PC players can dive into these exciting updates when the patch is released on November 23rd.
