Front Page Sports Football, the revival of fan-favorite 90s football sim
Cyanide Studio, the developers of Blood Bowl and the upcoming Styx: Master of Shadows is blowing some new life in the fan-favorite 90s football sim – Front Page Sports Football.
There are several ways to plan and execute your strategy for a game but your best bet is by using Gameplan and Playbook. You can use 2D or 3D replays to analyze your opponents and delve through a team or individual player stats. With all these statistics, you can pin-point your opponent’s weaknesses and much more and customize your own Gameplan accordingly. The Gameplan can be changed when a game is underway, if not your players will always choose the appropriate play for the situation based on the Gameplan you’ve previously setup.
The Playbook is your access to over two-thousands of plays with a handpicked collection of eighty offensive and sixty defensive strategies. However, each player has over twenty stats including weight, agility, speed, morale, fame and much more that can influence plays and your gameplan so you may want to choose wisely. Additionally, you will need to choose whether or not you plan on developing better overall players for future seasons or just want some quick and short-lived games.
The Sports sim, Front Page Sports Football, is set to release on September 25th for PC.
