Ghostrunner – Development roadmap announced!

505 Games has shared their development roadmap for the hardcore cyberpunk adventure Ghostrunner, and they have some great plans for the near future! The roadmap details new modes like Kill Run Mode and Photo Mode, a free next-gen console update, premium cosmetics DLC, and more coming to all platforms.

Ghostrunner was recently acquired by publisher 505 Games. This company worked with Polish publisher All In! Games on the game’s initial release back in October 2020, and now takes full control of the IP. Ghostrunner is developed by One More Level, 3D Realms, and Slipgate Ironworks. This game is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, and will launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox One consoles later this year.

This first-person cyberpunk parkour action game offers a unique single-player experience: fast-paced, violent combat, and an original setting that blends science fiction with post-apocalyptic themes. It tells the story of a world that has already ended and its inhabitants who fight to survive.

Players can look forward to two new game modes coming to Ghostrunner on all platforms in spring, including Kill Run Mode – a challenging mode where players have limited time to complete levels, and the highly-requested Photo Mode. Premium cosmetic DLC will also be available in spring, leading into a steady flow of new content throughout summer and culminating with the roll out of a free next generation update for console players later this year.
