Hitman 2 gets new DLC with unique co-op mode
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and IO Interactive released a new trailer for Hitman 2, where the Sniper Assassin Map “Siberia” will be showcased. This brand-new DLC will be available for each player with an Expansion Pass. This new long-distance mission will take players to the Perm-15 prison which is located in the cold Siberian tundra. Challenge yourself with the solo run of Agent 47 or work together as operatives in Stone of Knight, the new online co-operative mode. Hitman 2 is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
In this new Sniper Assassin Map, players will have to eliminate two targets and instigate a prison riot to clear your tracks. The two targets in the mission are Roman Khabko, a notorious Russian gangster with political connections, and Vitaly Reznikov, the prison’s warden who takes bribe money for the release of Roman’s mercenaries, known as the Siberian tigers. Players will have to make haste because with the release of mercenaries can result in negative diplomatic consequences.
The new map is filled to the brim with new options, achievements, and hidden secrets to find, together with unique gameplay moments. Completing various challenges during the mission will also lead to better use of the ICA Druzhina 34 sniper rifle, the weapon Agent 47 has chosen for this mission. Maxing out the weapon will result in its release in all sandbox locations of Hitman 2.
