Intellivision and Colecovision get revived

Today we have the current-gen consoles like the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, which are both very popular. But there’s another hype as well: retro consoles. A lot of people like to enjoy the golden age of video games, even with so much new content available today. That’s probably the reason why the original consoles have gotten so expensive. The most famous retro consoles are probably the NES, SNES, Dreamcast and the SEGA Genesis but there are some other interesting ones as well. The ColecoVision (1979) and IntelliVision (1982) were both pretty popular in their days but had suffered from the video games crash in 1984. Today these consoles can still be found but are pretty pricy.

Luckily for anyone keen replaying games like: Venture, Zaxxon, Space Panic, Pepper II, Basketball, World Championship Baseball, B-17 Bomber and Astrosmash, both the Intellivision and Colecovision are getting revived. Funstock.co.uk is now offering a Flashback edition of the consoles with two controllers and 60 games built-in. Hooking the system up is also pretty easy thanks to a plug-and-play system.

Both the Intellivision and Colecovision are available now through Funstuck.co.uk.
