Jack the Ripper add-on for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate announced
Ubisoft has officially announced that they’ll be releasing Jack the Ripper add-on content for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Additionally, more details of the Season Pass has been revealed but first things first.
The story of Jack the Ripper takes place twenty years after the events of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and tells the tale of how a serial killer became infamous during the Autumn of Terror in Whitechapel 1888 by leaving badly mingled bodies on the streets of London. Through the eyes of Inspector Frederick Abberline of Scotland Yard, the player opens the hunt of Jack the Ripper in these dark times.
The Jack the Ripper campaign will be available for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate players as part of the Season Pass. Aside from the thrilling campaign, the Season Pass also features The Last Maharaja mission pack in which you’ll join Duleep Singh in his quest to claim his birthright as the Maharaja in no less than ten new missions in London itself. In the exclusive mission A Long Night, you’ll help Jacob to locate a threatened gang member and bring him back to safety.
With the gameplay pack Streets of London you’ll gain access to more than an hour of extra gameplay, including extra weapons, gear and outfits. Power-up your gear and weapons with a steamy twist with the Steampunk Pack while gaining access to the most famous stories of the Victorian era with the Victorian Legends Pack. And last but certainly not least, all Season Pass owners will receive an exclusive permanent XP boost.
The Season Pass certainly looks packed with additional hours of content, on top of the countless hours you’ll already play in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, which is set to release on October 23rd for PS4 and Xbox One consoles. PC players will need to wait a tad longer until the game releases on November 19th.
