LG is focussing more on gamers with their newer TVs
With their latest TVs, LG puts more focus on the new age of gaming, meaning the cloud services that are available for gamers. Blacknut and Utomik Cloud, 2 streaming services that will find their way to TVs with webOS 6.0 and webOS 2022, will be available starting now up to November 2022. Blacknut gives subscribers over 500 PC and console games, where Utomik Cloud brings a curated selection of 100+ games from its 1300+ PC games library, including many indie favorites. Access to these types of services will be a lot easier thanks to the new “Gaming Shelf”, an easy-access interface that you can find on the home screen of your LG TV. The big pro of these subscriptions is that you don’t need any physical devices. No expensive gear, no nothing, just something to play the game on your TV such as a controller and a subscription.
