Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain receives update
An update is available for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain as of today, updating the single player and FOB experience with an improved user interface of the PF rating screen. The update also features new weapons and items of Grade 8 to improve your fighting chances in the various FOB missions. New weapons include the AM MRS-4R (Grade 7), WU S.PISTOL CB and KABARGA-83, both grade 8 weaponry. Aside from the weapons, completing missions will become even easier with the new security devices.
A new unit function has been added to the Medical Team, namely the “Anti-Reflex Research” which will shorten an invader’s Reflex Mode time the higher your Medical Team’s level is. Infiltrating a rival’s FOB by using Stealth Mode will now also have an effect in FOB infiltrations as your Predicted FOM will disappear from the defending player’s iDroid, causing you to be unseen by the the defending Intel Team. Constructing a third FOB will give you a huge PF boost now, and the Rookie and Beginner functions have been expanded.
