On the Rain Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 4
I am quite fond of Penny Arcade as is the majority of the internet, I’m also quite fond of Zeboyd having purchased and played through all of their indie games. On The Rain Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 3 was a culmination of love between these two things. There were things that I wish had been done better, I don’t believe there were enough enemies to pad out the entire game and the lack of random battles or more battling made the entire game a short run through.
Luckily Zeboyd is back with On The Rain Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 4, which as I’ve head it is going to be the final chapter in the franchise. The guys at Zeboyd seem to have take the criticisms to heart and have incorporated them into the upcoming game, with a larger world to explore, random battles, a new fighting mechanic that reminds me of both Final Fantasy XIII-2 and the Shin Megami Tensei franchise. Couple these improvements with Tycho’s witty and verbose writing style and you have the mixture of a game that has the chance to surpass the original Hothead episodes.

On the Rain slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 4 is set to be released this Spring on Xbox for 400MS Points and the PC for $4.99

Hmmm I should really get around to playing episode 3, it’s been sitting in my steam library for ages but i guess I have a good reason now to finish it soon.
