Prepare yourself for Team Sonic Racing!
Studio Sumo Digital combined the ability to customize vehicles with fast-paced arcade racing, and as a result it spat out Team Sonic Racing! You can play solo, with up to 3 friends in a team locally (split-screen) or compete with max 11 other players in online multiplayer. The game will be available on physical disc and as digital download for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch. PC players will only be able to access a digital download. You can preorder your physical copy already, the preorder of digital downloads will be available later on.
Different race types like Grand Prix, Time Trial, Team Adventure and more will be available, just as 14 defensive or offensive items called Wisps. There is an Adventure Mode to introduce the game’s possibilities and characters, of which up to 15 are available divided in 3 different classes: Speed, Technique and Power.
