Return to Jurassic World on the Switch with the Aftermath Collection
In a surprise reveal, Coatsink, Universal Games and Digital Platforms announced that Jurassic World: Aftermath Collection is headed to the Switch. This collection comprises both parts of a game that was originally launched on the Oculus Quest. The VR titles have been completely reworked specifically for the Switch, allowing players to experience this adventure in a more traditional way, both on their TV and on the go. In Jurassic World: Aftermath Collection, players will find themselves stranded on Isla Nublar after the catastrophe that destroyed the Jurassic World theme park. They’ll now need to survive and find a way off the island by exploring and solving puzzles. As you’d expect, however, the island is infested with free-roaming dinosaurs, including Velociraptors, Triceratops, and of course the queen of Isla Nublar herself, the T. Rex.
If you’re looking for a completely different Jurassic World video game thrill compared to Jurassic World Evolution 2, you won’t have to wait very long to visit the destroyed theme park either, as the Aftermath Collection is slated to arrive on November 10th. With a unique combination of stealth-based gameplay, environmental puzzles, and a striking visual style, Jurassic World: Aftermath Collection is sure to make a lasting impression on dinosaur enthusiasts when it launches on the Switch next month. Pricing has not yet been officially confirmed but is expected to be €29.99/$29.99.
