Rise of the Triad: Ludicrous Edition delays its console release
Ten years after the release of the original Rise of the Triad, many people are excited for this first-person shooter’s remake called Rise of the Triad: Ludicrous Edition which will be hitting the shelves soon. With the original source code molded into a new engine, what’s not to love? The release date for this remake was the same for PC and consoles: July 31, 2023. Now the developers have regrettably let us know that the console version of the game has to be pushed back. The PC release will hit Steam at the end of this month all the same, but console players will have to wait until later this year to play. While we can hardly contain our excitement, we’ll patiently wait for further updates. Soon enough, we can all enjoy stepping in the shoes of one of five elite H.U.N.T. operatives shooting cult followers to bits.
