SOMA – safe mode and launch trailer
Launching for Xbox One today, from the same studio that brought us Amnesia, Frictional Studios presents: SOMA. Along with the release of the Xbox version, the PC will get the new “safe mode” update. In it, players get to immerse themselves in the story without it being interrupted by extreme dangers that would otherwise break the flow.
Set in an underwater research base, chaos has overtaken the PATHOS-II facility. Nightmarish creatures and corrupted robots will make you rethink what it means to be human, while you take part in events that will eventually determine the outcome of the otherwise doomed research station. Can you find all the inhabitants before the base goes under?
