Song of Horror release announcement
Some songs are about fire and ice, some songs are about horror. Raiser Games and Protocol Games are pleased to announce that their psychological horror adventure Song of Horror is targeted for release in September 2019. The game has been under development for about five years and is now nearing completion. Like all good horror games, Song of Horror will combine investigation and puzzle-solving all wrapped into a nice compelling story. Inspiration was taken from the masters of the genre, Edgar Allan Poe, M.R. James, and H.P. Lovecraft. But what makes this one so scary is that the evil entity is controlled by an AI system instead of scripted jumpscares. You’ll get to play with a variety of characters but when one dies he or she will be permanently dead, another character will have to pick up the investigation where the deceased character left off, including all consequences of the actions from the previous character. If you want to stay up to date with the imminent release date, you can keep an eye on their Steam page.
