Survive eldritch horrors while base-building in a train with RailGods of Hysterra
Sometimes a premise sounds so unhinged it has to be good. One such premise is being developed by Troglobytes Games and published by Digital Vortex Entertainment. RailGods of Hysterra is a cooperative base-building survival action game where you and your friend(s) need to brave a desolate landscape of Lovecraftian horrors. The world is in shambles, but the trusty train on which you live and build your base will provide refuge. As your base expands, so do your character’s skills, making them more capable of standing up against the gods. But hey, is it normal for a train to be a living and breathing entity? The game can be played alone, though there’s a focus on online co-op with up to four other players. RailGods of Hysterra is coming to PC and PlayStation 5 somewhere in 2025.
