Update significantly improves Castle of Heart
Castle of Heart, the classic action-packed platformer in which you take control of a cursed knight, has received its first update and to celebrate the huge improvements, there is now a price drop of 10% on the game in the Nintendo eShop. Many of the changes were made with the comments, posts and feedback from the players in mind, so here are the changes;
- In-game tutorial: most of the in-game tutorial has been remodeled but several items were designed from scratch. Players should now easily understand the core mechanics such as leveling up and the usage of power-ups.
- Character’s animations: some animations have been polished resulting in better control over the main character. You’ll find that the protagonist now reacts immediately, regardless of the action you want him to perform.
- Combat: the combat has been improved and the blocking mechanics have been polished.
- Second weapon: a small but significant change in the gameplay experience are the indicators that will now inform you of the second weapon’s power.
- Easy Mode: for those that dread dying every few minutes, an easy mode was added.
- Balance: this feature has been improved.
- Bugs: reported bugs have been fixed.
All changes made to Castle of Heart should improve the gameplay experience but in case it doesn’t, the developers would love to hear your thoughts. Don’t forget the discount as Castle of Heart is now available for only 13.49 USD/EUR in the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch.
